1998 Tahoe lights stay off
While In park how can I keep headlights off when i turn the key and truck is running. Is there anyway that I can do this if so let me know

If you are asking about how to disable the Daytime Running Lights (DRL) this link may be of some interest to you.
This means that they won't work while you are driving either.
