Flashing screen and error 4005

Hi

I have trouble with an iPhone 6s plus

When it's plugged into the charger the apple screen flashes on then goes off again !

When I plug it into the laptop it does the same but the screen flashes the logo more frequently

I've tried to restore it and at first it came up with error 4013

I then put it into recovery mode and it now fails on error 4005 .

Has anyone any advice please ?

Tried all the usual stuff like

Diff cable , laptop, latest iTunes etc but haven't tried without the lcd as I have read that sometimes helps

And advice greatly appreciated

NAND flash chip on logic board needs to be reprogrammed and/or reballed. It needs to be reprogrammed by someone that has the tools to do it and micro soldering.

The tool to program it is pretty expensive so if you can find someone that can do it for you it will be a lot cheaper.

@taz9126 , @benjamen50 is right on, Most likely Nand needs reprogrammed... I actually just bought the Naviplus Pro 3000s from Aliexpress for $230. You can search through the Pros here on Ifixit to find one of the techs that do this repair as a mail in service. You can also try restoring in DFU without the screen connected and see if that helps...looks like a few people I noticed at: stuck in dfu with itunes error 4005 it did help
