Tiger is a straight install to the PB Titanium with a Tiger retail installation disk (black disk), no need to take the xpostfacto route. You can also install Leopard on the Titanium via another leopard compatible computer via the firewire target disk mode but if you do it make sure to run the Ti full ram and with a 5400 or 7200 rpm hard drive to avoid sluggish performance. The Ti bottlenecks are: poor integrated video performance (no youtube) and the limited USB 1.0 technology.

If you wonder what os you can install in your mac you can use os 9, and os X up to tiger (10.4) for sure and leopard maybe.

To install tiger you need xpostfacto : http://eshop.macsales.com/OSXCenter/XPos...

it works very well.

For leopard (not snow which works only on intel) you'll need xpostfacto + leopardassist :

Leopard assists helps you to pass the limit of 867 MHz on G4 that apples has put in leopard. It works very well on a G4 blue and white,it should work on your mac. If you use os X you should put a lot of ram, otherwise it works slowly.
