iPhone 6 plus error 4014

i have a iphone 6 plus that apparently has already been tampering with the nand.

I have reset my phone error 40.

I removed nand and restored without and mistakenly 4014.

What could be this error? reprogramming nand solve?

I think you need the NAND chip to avoid iTunes restore errors.
