I had my phone repaired a few months ago and slowly over time the glitching has become so bad I can barely use my phone, the screen just shakes and turns black. pictures are blurry and it's as if the resolution of the picture or screen is too much for it to handle so it turns black, I can't even see the time on the front of the screen. What can I do? Do i need a new phone or can this be fixed?

That is the screen going faulty. Getting it replaced will do the trick.

it could be a problem with the ribbon cables. it is mentioned in the iPhone repair guide I believe
