buttons arent functional and camera zooms automatically in shoot mode?

All the buttons on my camera are not working except the wheel and the switcher between shooting and display mode

The zoom wheel doesn't work as well !

The Lens goes to full zoom automatically when the camera is on and this doesnt allow me to shoot but if happens that im able to that usually takes place in the short window of time just after turning on the camera and the beginning of the zoom.

Is there any solution ? please help .
