I can't download or update apps
I have a alcatel onetouch and i can't download or update apps in my google play store error 492 keeps popping up i really need help

Try clearing the Google Play Store Cache.
Go to Settings > Manage Apps > Swipe to "All" scroll down to Google Play store > Clear Cache & Data.
Restart phone and then try to download / update an app

I am also having the same problem with my phone
It is still slowly downloading, and it has been almost an hour.
Im searching for this error code and i manage to fix this issue not only clearing the google play store services cache or application cache.

if you still getting error when you trying to update your app or installing some app try this Additional steps to be done is to uninstall the updates on google play then update again..some of this basic troubleshooting will sort out the problem of course before you did this you need to have a strong connection.

Hi, can someone help I have a Alcatel Android phone 7.1.1 it won't download apps or let me send text messages. I've researched but all I get is something I have to download! Which of course I can download
got a pixi4 alcatel phone wanted to download a app it downloads but cant open it

My playstore is not showing onetouch move app. Have fixed all other issues but again same situation.

Can you access the internet OK from a browser on your phone?
Have you tried turning Mobile data setting off then back on again and then trying to connect?
Not sure of your model but check in Apps > Settings > More > Mobile Networks > Data Connection > select OFF, the select ON
