Why won't my tablet charge?
Have held the power and volume up buttons and power and volume down. Have disconnected and reconnected the battery.

There could be several different issues causing this but let's start with the easiest and most common.
1. Verify the Charger is good
2. Verify the Cable is good
3. Clean out the Charging port. (Use a small soft brush with ISO alcohol, toothpick, small tweezers) just be very careful of the small pins inside to make sure you don't damage them or bend them. They collect debris over time and can be interfering with the connection.
4. Bad battery
all 4 are common, but start with the steps in any order to be certain all 4 are eliminated before making an assumption you have a bad charging port.
