Can't type anything after wiping down the keyboard
I decided to wipe off my keyboard using a lightly damp cloth. I of course left it on. I may have accidentally hit a button, because now, the mouse works but it won't let me type anything. What button could I have hit?

What is the model number of the laptop?
In the interim, try inserting a USB keyboard and check that you can type OK.

You might have accidentally set Ease of Access to cause the keyboard to stop responding. Check Control Panel-Ease of Access and look for any checked boxes.
