Arcing inside. Where to begin to repair?

So my daughter dropped her phone. Said she didn't get it wet. Stopped working. I opened it up and saw a bunch of arcing. Glass has little crack in corner.

So questions:

1. Could just dropping do this?

2. Can it be salvaged?

3. What to start replacing, what order so I'm not buying more then I need.

4. If it can't be salvaged, what parts may be good enough to use on other phone?

5. What parts are interchangeable with 6 standard?

Phone has been in an microwave.

Those photos are the exact symptoms of it.

Unfortunately you will have to either get an out of warranty replacement from apple or buy another phone.

Even if the phone manages to turn on, all of the components and internals related to the antenna for wifi, 3g/4g and GPS are all fried and damaged beyond repair.

Source: Had a client come in with an iPhone 6 that was in microwave for 10 seconds.

The iPhone 6 and 6 plus unfortunately do not have reusable parts that work with each other than only the screws.

Sure the small components on the logic board may be reusable on other iPhone 6 and 6 plus but only for people that do microsoldering.

Yeah, there are no real voltage rails in that area that could cause that kind of damage and certainly not from a drop.

WOW, OK microwave. Thank You very much. I thought the arcing appeared a bit much. I know the phones use very low power that would not cause such big arcs. Before I go accusing, is there any other way you know of to create such arcing? Power cord failure, something loose inside the phone or anything. Also do you have any pictures of a phone that look similar to back up your conclusion?
