Charging circuit damaged from power bank surge

My SP4's charging board was damaged from the sudden surge my power bank had put out when it shutdown due to running out of power (call it a hunch). I'm guessing when it was on its last dying breath, it let out an uncontrolled burst of electrons into the SP4, damaging the logic board in the process. I've tried the original charging cable and the dock cable, and neither works.

I would like to know what the logic board looks like and if it can be replaced.
