I have a totally stripped screw on the body that won't come out

Trying to self-repair my busted T3i SD card port but one of the screws that is right under the battery door of the camera is completely stripped so I can't get inside of the camera. Its deep in the hole so I can't use any sort of dremel, plus the rubber band/super glue trick was not successful. The screw is very small and the strip has become a complete circle. Any help would appreciated! Thanks!

Hi!

You could try using a drill with a very fine tip. Just drill into the screw until the head becomes separate from the rest; then applying some force, separate the two parts.
