I just logged on and it powers on normally but when the password screen shows up its a blank screen I've restarted it and it still doesn't work. What's going on?

Hi @taza, it seems your OS is not loading correctly, what operating system are you using?
your OS could be corrupted.
Perform a hard disk check on your laptop.
