apple logo boot loop

when i plug into my bench power supply the phone is fine but when i plug it into the charge it goes onto boot loop, i have tried 2 different charge ports and disconnected the battery but still boot loop, would this be a tristar issue

i got it sorted the battery just wasnt clipped in properly

After trying another battery if that doesn't work, without the battery connected measure voltage on the battery connector with a usb cable plugged in, if it's low then it could be Tristar :)
