problem with an internal connector

Hi,

i was changing the screen of this MacBook Pro and unfortunalty i have removed a connector. I kind of tape was maintaining this connector on the motherboard.

The Mac doesen't switch on more... i have tried with all the 2 screens.

please help me to fix this problem

It looks like the pressure bar is missing from the connector. If you still have it and it's not damaged you could try snapping it back in the grooves at ends.

Otherwise, you'll need to get a replacement connector to steal the bar or find someone to install a new one if more than the slide is missing. This requires some special equipment to remove and install a new connector which you'll need to find someone with the tools and skills.
