How to replace pin

Hello, my display has stopped working, when i stripped down my phone i noticed a missing pin, is there any way to fix this?

this is a high preceision SMT job. you will need to remove the board, and replace the entirety of the connector. if you are not versed with surface mount soldering, i would suggest taking it to a hired professional.
