spilled some water in my Vita

I got the same problem too, my brother spilled some water in my Vita and i turned it on and it works but the buttons dont work i tried to blow the buttons with my mouth, in the home screen in my Vita some buttons work while in app or in game all the buttons wont work even the START and SELECT button,
