I found the problem, we ended up switching up the plugs for two of the sensors. Sense they are the same type of plugs didn't see it until I got the wiring diagram and noticed the color of the wires were switched. Dumb mistake, but glad that's all it was. Thanks for your advice

Sounds like either you got a bad tranny, you didnt install it properly or did some serious damage to the tranny or other things around in when you were installing it. Your best bet is to take it to a mechanic so they can better see whats wrong. They can also scan the computer to see why the ABS light is on which could give a big clue on whats wrong with the car.

I am a mechanic which is why I am stumped, the trans has been pulled out, checked, and placed back in. Computer is throwing only one code which is the vss sensor. Replaced that but still no luck. Would like to add that I put a new computer in today. I am not getting any voltage to the sensor but cannot find any reason for it?

No voltage to sensor? Sounds like you either popped a fuse or you have a short somewhere in your harness. And i assume the harness for the VSS is near the trans, you may have damaged it when installing your new trans. Look up on google "scotty kilmer how to find shorts". He has some video using this tool which shows you where the short is located at.
