Display downgrade from 5k to 2k
Can I downgrade screen from 5k to 2k? Does 27" iMac late 2012-2013 screen fits to 27" imac 2014-2017?

Who would you want to downgrade? The 5k is better than the 2k.
And knowing apple (although im probably wrong and someone will correct me) they probably changed the connector. And since the screen is from 2k to 5k im sure there are differences not just in the connector but how it is wired up.
