My 2000 Honda civic is shutting off!? HELP PLEASE

I replaced the battery, fuel filter, plugs, wire set, distributor, cap and rotor, main relay and now i don't know what to do! Someone help me. Mainly happens when I'm stopped and then go to put the gas on and the car dies instantly. Then has trouble starting, 10 minutes later i can go out and it start right up and drive it. The car does crank but doesn't start. I still have the radio, lights, everything electrical. I called Honda and the ignition switch recall was already done! This car only has 119,500 miles as of 2017.
