Location Doesn't match and unknown user added to my phone?

I have the ZTE Warp Android phone and whenever I do a internet search - the location puts me in Minnesota, and I'm in Wisconsin. How can I correct this?

Also, somehow my phone added a -guest user, and I have ran out of options as to removing the user - any other options as to removing this user?
