My phone will not allow me to go into the play store. It keeps telli.

My Galaxy S5Active will not allow me to go to the play store along with a few other things that I can't think of right now. It says that I have to be signed info Google. I never signed out of Google to begin with, and now it won't let me sign back in. Can someone share with me what I'm doing wrong and how to fix it?
