My screen is frozen

Hi I recently shattered my Apple Watch screen and fixed it but doing so I broke the 3D Touch band so after I fixed that and the screen I still couldn’t use my watch. It will turn on when hooked up on a charger but seems to be frozen. I feel like it’s the Digital Crown or something. What do you think it could be and how could I go about fixing it? Thank you!
