My situation started similar to those I have read already: push start button, all lights are on, no lock/red light. Never started. So as with many appliances, I unplugged it for a couple minutes to see if it would reset/correct the problem. Now when I push power button I get a triple beep/tone but nothing lights up now. I took off top as suggested in an earlier help thread. Not sure what to look for.
