iPad won't charge at all
My iPad won't charge at all. It would have the charging logo and after about 30 min, then the Apple logo will pop up and it will go back to Charging. Please help me.

Considering the age of your iPad Mini, it is probably a dead battery. You can look at this guide to see what is involved in doing this repair. The mini's are not the easiest iPad to fix so if you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, look for a reputable repair shop in your area to do the repair.
