What is this?

So this is no fake stuff or exageration but one time I was watching some video and suddenly a picture popped up in a flash. It scared the life out of me, it was of a man and woman bleeding on their face(Black male and pale white female). Black backround too, I've been looking everywhere trying to find this picture online but cannot find it. Happens after each couple of days....
