Cannot on after change screen
My iphone 6 plus cannot power up after I change a screen.Before I change a screen I forgot to disconnected battery.What should i do now?

This is probably a classic case of blown backlight filter when the screen cables are unplugged or plugged while a power source is connected to the phone (Which is usually the battery).
A person that does micro soldering will be able to get this problem fixed.
OP: Next time unplug the battery first before unplugging any other cables if possible.

Check all cables to ensure it's properly snug into the connection. The battery shouldn't have done anything to it. Also, check the power to it by hooking it up to iTunes. It should turn on with that. The only other thing I could think of it's a faulty LCD. Check cables first though.
