My tablet screen is blur

My Tablet screen is showing blur /White for the past 4-5 weeks now It has sort of blur white lines on the screen

Please help me fix it ASAP without me have to take it to the repairing center

My tablet help me out a lot with my School works and now that it's not working properly it's difficult for me to do my school work
