Computer won't start up. Power supply seems fine. Logic board?

Pretty sure from previous posts, but I took off the back cover and only the 1st led is glowing. Other leds never even flicker. No response to internal start and SMU buttons. Capacitors look fine to visual inspection.

Should I still suspect a bad logic board???

These iMacs suffered from an industry wide problem of bad capacitors. Both on the Power Supply and the main logic board.

Removing the cover will enable you to see the caps on the logic board. you'll see if any are bulging or blown. That'll be your first clue!

LED2 indicates that the main logic board has detected proper power from the power supply. Replace the power supply.
