How do I reset my TomTom watch?
I have already tried charging the watch and replacing the charger, but the screen of the watch still wont stay on. I know the screen is not broken. I want to try a factory reset, but how do I do that?

I have tomtom by I don't have competer and amail account and also password
I have a Tomtom Runner Special Editon. GPS watch. I do not find the software for this watch?
From the watch I got the reset instruction. When I place it on the dock holding the butten down it goes toe the ball with hands on it and the to the battery charger. The battery is fully charged. Please help.

on the tomtom runner sports watch, the correct screen appears on the watch (computer and watch) to start a factory reset but it won’t go to the next step (hands in globe) to clear my storage. any suggestions
