No turning on when I plug the back cover
I broke the screen and replaced it with new one with frame, now the earspecker don't work and on the screen i have always the hands free icon, also when i plug the back cover the phone don't turn on.

Go back and tear the phone apart then clean the connectors with 90+% IP alcohol and a soft toothbrush. You should also make sure any rubber insulators are in the right place so when you put the back cover on your not shorting anything out. Make sure all connectors are together securely and that the connectors don't have any broken pins. Check the ribbon cables are not damaged or pinched . Hope this helps

Before post here i try to cleaned with ipa but with no success, i try again and voila the problem solved. Thanks!!!

The problem with the handsfree solved, also the problem with back cover solved with a piece of foam above the battery connector, was not make a good contact when put back the cover
