Printer will not scan if ink is empty. Printer checks ink during startup and stops if ink is empty and will not continue to test the scanner until ink is replaced.

inks have, however warning coming device than. cartridge replace. how either just black printing-scanning-copying (colored being something)
Go to link for video showing cartridge replace. Printer can not run until basic start up checks complete, ink has to be replaced to continue the start up.
inks refilled im, however again same issue. printing wont, scanning dont, copying doesnt. always error code giving. device properly running dont.
