Why cant my tablet find my wifi connection.

Try installing wifi manager from the play store. Of you cannot connect to the internet, search for "wifi manager .Apk" download the file and transfer it to your tablet. Then install it.

Does it show any other WiFi network at all?
Can you 'see' your WiFi network using other devices? If not is your WiFi network "hidden" i.e. it is broadcasting its' SSID (network name) or not?
What is the model number of your tablet?
