Stuck on page 3 0f 4 navigation I have turned it off and back on and

Device arrived today. Powered up .Turned on to annoying navigation instructions. Went from page one to page 2. Stuck on page 3. Talks every time I touch the screen, but will not advance when I touch the NEXT button. Also won't go forward when I hold NEXT down. I turned the tablet off and back on and it goes back to the same page.
