My Connect Amp lights up for only a few seconds and then goes dark

HI,

When I power on my Connect Amp the light comes on for only a few seconds and then goes dark.

This happens every time I power it up.

Do you sell the parts or can help me fix this unit?

Hi,

Have you tried disconnecting the speakers, if using cabled speakers, and then turning the power on to see if it stays on? If it does then there may be a problem with the speakers or the cabling to the speakers. Always turn the power off before connecting or disconnecting any cables.

Also is the top of the unit unobstructed and not covered over?
