Why won't the red light of my sp turn on while charging? The charger?

I'm not sure if it's the charging cable bcz the cord is a little loose from the ac plug. It also hasn't run out of battery in like a couple hours of play time. I charged it like 2 weeks ago.

It could be the charger itself. Other than that, you could try seeing if the port on the SP itself is clean, there could be an accumulation of dust/lint. I think it could be the charger itself though since it's loose.
