Paper not leaving tray
Paper tray is full but printer indicates that it needs paper. It won't print.

First I recommend checking to make sure the firmware is up to date.
Next try a hard reboot I.e. Unplugging the power cable for 30 seconds.
Next if you are using another software to print try using the hp photo creation software, you might be getting an error for that reason
also make sure you select the right type of photo paper, there are a lot of choices and it makes a big difference .
also remove the regular paper from the bottom tray,only use the photo paper when printing photos. hope this helps you
