Screen keep moving up and down..

hi my ipad mini 1 the screen is keep moving up and down constantly stop for 1 second and move again..I try to disconnect the digitizer but the screen is still moving.....I want to buy LCD but im not sure if the LCD is the one that cause the problem..My glass digitizer is not working anymore im not sure if my LCD was damage too.. Please give some idea...

I had the same problem with my iPad mini before. Try to turn it off for few hours. This is what I did, I turned off my iPad before I went to sleep and when I woke up, Tadaan! my iPad mini is fixed. I hope this helps.
