The screws of the base of my pc is loose, the threads are broken. How can I order a replacement for the bottom of my PC ( HP Envy Touchsmart M7 sleekbook) and what is the name? The problem is severe because each time I close my screen the bottom pops open and my screen hinges are loose too.

Here is a link to the service manual for your laptop.
Scroll to p.64 to see the necessary pre-requisites and then the procedure to remove the base enclosure.
At the top of p.64 there are part numbers for the base. Depending on your particular variant, if you search online using just the part number only in the search box, nothing else, you will get results for suppliers of the part.

Find the part number on p.64 of the manual that applies to your model, (it should also be on the base enclosure of your laptop, most probably you will have to dis-assemble the laptop to find the number on the inside). Enter it into the Google search box and you will get results for suppliers. Pick the one that suits you best.
Here is an example only of what you do to find suppliers for your laptop. (I chose the first number 720226-001 just to show you what to do - be aware it may not be the part number for your particular variant as there are several different versions listed read the manual carefully to select the correct part number for your model variant features).

Yes, HP has most of the parts for this laptop still available! I recently helped a customer with this exact model (poor design on the portion that anchors the hinges for such a heavy laptop as they are plastic and not aluminum like the keyboard cover).
The link given by jeyeff above, http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c03... , does indeed still work, it gives you the manual with how to disassemble your HP Envy m7 laptop and it lists pretty much every part in the entire laptop.
The part you are looking for is listed as: 720226-001. This part was listed as $147.60 and in stock, brand new and the actual original part.
I have a chromebook that is touch screen.When I go and turn it to tablet mode the bottom starts to fall off. How do I fix this??
