Main camera 'error' after screen replacement

Hello there,

got an issue after i repaired my Samsung S7 for the screen , i used Original samsung screen ,

but now the Main cam wont work (or both i don't know) i always says camera error.

-tried hard reset ,

-reset the cam cache and the other thing

- tried a new camera

nothing worked what could it be??
