I accidentally turned on a Microsoft Surface Pro 2 while replacing the screen, now I get a black screen with back light. Does anyone know what chip to replace?
YES! I can turn it off and on....I need the schematics to the MS surface pro 2. I fried one of the components. I would like video back! Do you know what chips run the video and which one or ones would be blown...

No. But I can say unplug the battery before unplugging any LCD cable.

I would have to remove the system board to get to the battery... you probably should not answer questions you know nothing about! Need help not BS!!

Is it powered off, or turned on? Have you tried 2 button shutdowns?
