The home button won't sit flush?

So a customer comes in saying that her home button won't sit flush after a repair, and it clearly wobbles with the screen on. It reminds me of and iphone home button with no gasket. Problem is, I don't see anywhere that the s7 uses a home button gasket or anything and I am wondering may be causing the home button to wiggle so. So far I have tried double sided adhesive to hold it down with no luck. Any one else experience a wobbly home button on the s7 edge?

That little guy is your problem. He sits on top of the home button, under the adhesive that seals the display on.

So the home button sits on the midframe, the bracket sits on the home button and the adhesive sits on the bracket.

oh awesome, that looks to be the culprit, might you know a reliable Source for this bracket?

I wish I did. I only know how to solve your problem because I did the exact same thing. I just happened to be doing an S7 Edge today and snapped those pics.

Of course I managed to break this one, so I am searching the web for one and I can't find one. It would help if I knew what the thing was called because searching for "s7 home button thing" isn't working out that well :)

They don't have the chooching thing either!

That's it....I need to buy a 3D printer just to make these things.

to make it clearer, this is how the gasket gonna look when properly installed.

You could find it on ebay by searching s7 edge home button gasket. But it is only the tape adhesive, not the real one..if your original one not too heavily broken, you could use the tape adhesive to help putting it back together. If you look closely, mine is cracked in the picture.
