Camera app saying not enough storage when I have 4gb left

Brand new phone everything working good except that when we went to try camera for the first time it wont take pictures saying "your storage is full". Already went and cleared both gallery and camera data, rebooting its no use. Went to look into file browser and theres nothing (even with the hidden items showing). Any help is greatly accepted Thanks.

Found out what was wrong. Turned out that when you switch sd cards the first sd card is still registered as a valid storage device and when I tried to take a photo it tried to save on the non-existant sdcard, what was to be done was to go in the settings>Storage&usb and disable the extra sdcard.
