The screen turns on but it remains blue without menu
Hello, I have a problem with my asus zenbook ux303l. It turns on and the asus logos' appeares but the screen remains blue without showing the menu. The mouse also appears on the screen but it's all. Could someone help me, please?
Have you tried downlaoding a Linux live system onto a usb stick and see if it is possible to boot from it?
