upon power On, it seems a grounded sound. please help.

there is a grounded sound upon turning ON. I haven't seen any burn electronic device on PCB.

Hi, Have you got anything connected to any inputs at all? If so have you tried removing them to see if the 'noise' disappears?

Have you checked for domed or bulging capacitors as one may be faulty and introducing a 'ground' into the circuit?

Try taking some close up pictures of the pcb and posting them here. Perhaps someone can spot the problem 在已经存在的问题里加入图片
