After replacing the battery of my Iphone 5C people can't hear me anymore when I'm calling. It only works on loudspeaker mode.
I tried to replace the lightning dock & jack cable but that didn't work. Any other suggestions?

There isn't really a whole lot this could be. The only thing I can think to tell you is to make sure the hole in the case isn't blocked, make sure the mic is situated correctly. Its pretty easy to not get it lined up right when you do a replacement.
Its also possible that the replacement flex's microphone was bad. If it were me, I'd try a new Lightning cable from a reputable source like iFixit.
