Dim Green Light, Turns On Fine, Not Charging Battery

Was water damaged, has been cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner, but the left USB is not working and it is showing a dim green light (not charging), but battery is recognised. MacBook otherwise works fine.

Have tried a test charging board, I/O cable and battery, still have the same issue. Have replaced U7100 (some pins burnt, can cause dim green light), R5391 (was damaged) and still have the same issue. Components around U7100 are not burnt or corroded, PP3V42_G3H is obviously present since it is booting.

Think the USB issue is related to U4650, since it was corroded in this area, and doesn't look great, but main issue to fix is the charging issue first.

U3210 looks bad, but I think this is related to the Thunderbolt port (again not a big concern at this point). Is anyone aware if this could cause issues with charging? Any direction on where to look if the charger light is not going green/orange would be appreciated.

Issue caused by 2 burnt pads on J9500 (the I/O connector on the logic board), for PP3V42_G3H and SMBUS_SMC_2_S3_SCL.

Will need to run a couple of wires, which looks impossible haha. Seems even though the board is getting PP3V42_G3H to boot, it is not communicating with the charger due to the burnt I/O port, therefore the charger is staying dim green.

Had to replace I/O connector on board, pad was bringing PP3V42 to the area, but the pin for the port was missing. This has resolved the issue, and now the MacBook has an orange/green light
