Error loading player: No playable sources found, how do I fix this?

I can watch some videos, others come up with an error saying,

Error loading player: No playable sources found

How do I fix this?

QuickTime Player works fine, I use Safari as my browser.

I updated to macOS Sierra today, I have been having an issue with the video not working before I updated.

Any help would be appreciated.
