Where can I buy screws for Fitbit Surge band?

You'll want to contact the manufacturer directly and they'll be able to send you out a small bag with all the required Screws.

I tried calling the number to get 4 screws and they told me if it was under warranty they could replace the tracker otherwise i am out of luck. I offered to pay for screws and was told not possible. What a ludicrous inefficient business model. I will never buy another fitbit. Lost a customer for life.
Tried to get these through Fitbit, was told they will not sell or provide the screws if not under warranty.

i was told the same thing. That they do not provide or sell the screws. Customer support said i would have to buy a new device. Absolutely ridiculous that they use little screws to hold the band together, but won't sell or replace the screws. And if you happen to still be under warranty, they will replace your entire fitbit watch, but not the screws themselves. Makes no sense and makes for bad customer service.
Same here. They just lost a customer for life. What a messed up business model. I offered to pay for screws but no go. This is their way to force you to buy another one. But in actuality they have lost a customer for life. Over 50 cents in screws!

You just go to Ebay or Amazon & buy a replacement watch band with screws(only about $10-$15).
