can you get into settings? The first thing I usually do is go into settings and make sure the IMEI is showing up. If the IMEI is showing up, then it could be a bad SIM card or possibly sim card reader. I would start with a new SIM since that's the easiest fix. If the IMEI is not showing up, then its more than likely a problem with a chip on the logic board.

I have DZ09 Smart watch and Iphone 6
Links by blue tooth no problem but have continual INVALID SIM on watch.
All are new so its not dirt or dust, on contract so not a payment problem. Have requested Vodacom store to twin and activate 24 hours ago.
Any ideas?
